For the body you should have a looksee at these links:
For a wolf:

and for a dog: [link]
Just to show the anatomy differences between the two. The legs on your wolf bend rather awkwardly on his forelegs and the ones in the back have more of a human knee feel to them. Check over the tutorials I just linked you for help on those. I would really shorten the tail a lot if you are going for a wolf and if you are making it more "mystical" try to get it to flow more, like smoke. Some of your fur there really comes out spiky and it kind of breaks up the flow of the tail.
This drawing would benefit greatly from some shading. You could get rid of such strong lines if you added shading to it and it would just give it more depth and make it more interesting to look at. A dark blue or purple I think would look really nice for shading. Try to avoid smudging it all in photoshop and try to fade it out with your pencils. Maybe get some watercolor pencils so it's a bit easier to blend. I love using mine.
I think that's all I have to say for now. I hope this was a tad helpful to you.
The tail's flow is good, but the fur placement doesn't seem to be right. It might look more real if at the start the tail would be thicker and only then would get thinner.
Giving the lineart softer and more precise lines would really enchance the overall looks of it.
Also, the coloring disturbs the lineart. My advice would be to give some highlights and shading (even on the white parts), and maybe give it a nice little fur texture.
I hope this helped
